Job Description
Renu Robotics is seeking an Assembly Specialist I for our manufacturing facility of autonomous tractors and recharge stations. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling mechanical components, comfortable working for extended periods, work with various power tools, handle heavy and awkward materials, and be able to fully adhere to all applicable safety protocols. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Working indoors and outdoors for extended periods
- Familiar and comfortable working with a variety of power tools
- Build mechanical assemblies as assigned each day
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Using and taking care of various mall to large power tools.
- Assure products are produced at a high quality
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Regular, clear communication with team members
- Daily cleaning and organization of all workspaces
- Put away and organize inventory as needed
- Other tasks that are assigned
Qualifications
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must have high energy, be willing to learn, and have strong work ethics
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be quality driven at all times
- Must be familiar and comfortable working with a variety of power tools
- Previous assembly experience is a plus
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
Pay
This is an entry-level position
$15 - $17 Hourly depending on the candidate's experience.
