Additional Compensation
$2,000 commitment bonus for all new full-time Special Education Teachers*
$1,200 recruitment/retention stipend each year!*
$2,000 IEP stipend each year!*

Prorated based on actual annual FTE

Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State Teacher Certification with endorsement in Special Education.
