Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard worker and delivery Driver to join our team. As a Yard / Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving equipment and trailers. You will also be responsible to assist with the maintenace of the equipment, including cleaning, fueling, etc. This is a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products.

Responsibilities:

- Operate yard equipment and trucks t

- Safely maneuver heavy equipment in tight spaces

- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations

- Conduct pre-trip inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues

- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and other team members

- Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed

- Utilize warehouse management system to track and document movement of materials

Experience:

- Previous experience operating yard trucks or similar heavy equipment

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling processes

- Proficiency in using forklifts for loading and unloading

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to equipment operation

- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $20.13 - $20.91 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
