Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our apartments. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as needed
- Fabricate parts or components when necessary
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Supervise contractors during maintenance projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience with troubleshooting electrical systems
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
