Job Description:

• Design and draw functional AV systems
• Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate solutions that meet their requirements
• Conduct site surveys when necessary
• Phone, email communications with clients, vendors, and internal staff
• Provide sales and order support
• Prepare and track job orders
• Provide order updates to customers
• Prepare estimates and quotes for customers
• Attend sales meetings
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to squat, bend down, work overhead
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the audio visual industry

Will be asked to do tasks out of this job description; i.e. receive shipments, pull inventory, load trucks, deliver/pickup, operate (or assist) a job, dispatch, etc.

Typical hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, but additional time may be required.

Experience:

• Associates or Bachelors degrees preferred
• AV technician for 5 years
• Proficient in computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, browsers)
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Outside sales experience preferred
• CTS certification preferred
