*Responsibilities*
* Working in the client's home and in the surrounding community.
* Implement goal-directed and task-oriented interventions
* Assist, support and instruct individuals in self-help skills designed to encourage independence
* Provide assistance with activities for daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
* Provide transportation and accompany the individual to activities in the community
* Document care provided and activities performed for each goal area using a daily electronic session notes.
*Experience*
* At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities/autism
* Must own dependable transportation
* Experience of management behavior
*Education*
- High School Diploma/GED
*Other Qualifications*
* Maryland CJIS Background Check for Childcare
* Maryland CPS background clearance
* Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. - US Passport/Permanent Resident card/Employment authorization card/US Birth Certificate
