Our mission is to empower and integrate individuals with disabilities into their community and society. We are located in Lanham, MD, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Art Specialist.

As an Art Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve creating graphics, providing art direction, painting, and creating music. You will be working both on-site in Lanham, MD, with the flexibility to work at other centers and remotely.

Qualifications and Experience

Art, Graphics, and Art Direction skills

Experience in painting and music creation Attention to detail and creativity Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Job Roles:

* Hiring & Supervising Instructors and vendors.

* Scheduling and billing clients.

* Ensuring all invoices are sent out on time

* Developing support services programs.

* Organizing and implementing quarterly events for agency clients.

* Working with families and individuals with disabilities to provide effective services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
