This position manages and retains existing employer group contracts. The primary responsibility for this position is to manage the relationship between the employer group and Hometown Health. This position will work directly with the client to ensure all contract and service level expectations are met. This includes meeting with high level business associates and coordination of employee events and trainings.

Solicit new and increase existing group enrollment while educating and servicing new and existing clients of Hometown Health utilizing the Customer Journey Platform.

Excellent telephone, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of various insurance products, Federal and State (Nevada) employer insurance laws and regulations. Ability to manage a flexible schedule with intermittent travel and transporting of materials and literature to external clients.

Education:

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Must be literate in English with the ability to read and write in English language fluently. Candidates who are literate in Spanish will be given preference. Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of two years in group health insurance or related health care group coverage and Customer Service experience is preferred.

License(s):

Ability to obtain within 90 days and maintain a State of Nevada Health Insurance agent license within 90 days of employment.

Ability to obtain within 90 days a valid State of Nevada driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria.
