Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of advertising sales, copywriting, print advertising, Google, SEO, performance marketing, WordPress, advertising analytics, and research.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts
- Oversee print advertising campaigns and collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing ads
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Manage the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and strategies
- Experience with performance marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
