JOB SUMMARY:
Detail orientated Carpet Cleaning/Restoration Technician providing the highest quality cleaning – carpet, rugs, tile, and more. On any given day, our Technicians will perform between 2-15 jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Carpet cleaning in multi-family housing units
• Dry down and or clean after water or fire damage
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
• Responsible for keeping the job site safe and well organized
• Ensuring excellent customer experience
• Perform other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cleaning experience preferred, but open to training inexperienced candidates with willingness to learn
• Restoration experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Punctual, courteous, and professional
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to move and/or lift at least 50lbs.

SCHEDULE VARIATIONS:

• Must be ON-CALL (6:00p.m-6:00a.m.) one day per week and one weekend per month. Schedule will be communicated clearly, and often.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
