RenoSys Corporation is an aquatic designer, manufacturer and contractor specializing in new and renovated construction in the commercial swimming pool and aquatic facilities markets for over 30 years. Renosys is a nationwide company that is based in Indianapolis, IN.

RenoSys has been a proud industry leader and forethinking in developing PVC and stainless-steel pool systems. We have been providing cost-effective solutions in municipalities, military bases, high-rise buildings, YMCAs, schools, private clubs, and hotels in every US state. Our customers include pool operators in public and commercial sectors, as well as architects, engineers, and designers.

RenoSys is involved in the design and custom fabrication of PVC and metal materials. We are looking for a skilled shop crew members to join our team. The candidate should have 1-3 years experience with shop knowledge and basic construction skills. Potential candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Understanding of blueprints
• Ability to read a tape measure
• General tool and machine experience
• Take direction to complete assigned tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
• Dependable and reliable

Additional job requirements:

• Work alongside other shop crew members to form a cohesive team
• Interact in small or large groups to accomplish project based goals
• Willing to learn new skills and be crossed trained
• All tools and equipment will be provided

Hourly pay rate commensurate to experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
