Job Title: Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Below is a partial list of the typical responsibilities:

• Interview and assess residents &/or potential residents per HUD guidelines
• Analyze data and all application material
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships
• Order supplies
• Data entry
• Maintain resident files
• Collect rents and record daily accounting
• Conduct Move In/Out process(es)
• Vendor management
• Review/monitor all accounting and operations

Qualifications:

At least one year experience working as a Assistant Property Manager is required.

• General Administrative skills
• Tax Credit/Affordable Housing knowledge
• Industry designations a plus
• Displays knowledge of HUD regulations
• Experience with industry specific software such as Yardi
• Exceptional organization and time management skills required
• Work well under pressure
• Computer literacy, if applicable
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
