Position Responsibilities: 

• Filing and answering telephones
• Welcoming and screening visitors
• Providing Information and assistance to others
• Assist DON and Nurse Manager with clerical tasks
• Assist with the onboarding process for new staff to include completing reference checks and completing new hire paperwork
• Assist with staffing schedule, as needed
• General clerical and administrative functions as assigned

Education Competencies and Credentials: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

Hours: 40 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
