Renewal, Growth, & Healing, LLC (RGH), a group psychotherapy practice in the metro Richmond area, is hiring full-time and part-time therapists, fully licensed and provisionally-licensed. This is a W-2 position with benefits for part-time and full-time employees. Flexible scheduling could include daytime and evening hours, weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities & Duties: Depending on employment status and schedule, therapists would hold 12-25 sessions a week. Although there is a benefits package for part-time and full-time therapists, those who hold at least 22 sessions a week are considered full-time for benefit structure purposes.
Caseloads could include working with individuals (children/adolescents and adults), couples, and families. The ideal candidate would have a solid clinical background combined with a range of skills and training to treat common mental health conditions. In addition to providing psychotherapy, there are optional opportunities to facilitate groups, speaking engagements, and provide support to organizations & businesses following a crisis.
Must be independently licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) OR pursuing licensure through clinical supervision (Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy) in Virginia

*Compensation: This is a W-2 position to include taxes, benefits, and most work-related expenses and resources. RGH offers a hybrid reimbursement structure of flat rate for clinical duties plus a salary for ancillary duties.
