GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH •We promote from within •Regular performance reviews •Uncapped bonus/override structure •We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach •Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE •Coaching, Coaching, Coaching for improved performance and comfort of our Design Consultants •A minimum of 4 ride alongs per week with our Consultants •Manage and hold weekly Sales Meetings both in person and virtual. •Hold at least one coaching session per week with underachievers. •Participate in and contribute to weekly sales leadership meetings. •Provide constructive feedback to Design Consultants...written and verbal. •Use company provided reporting tools consistently. •Maintain accountability standards and use PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) where required.
