Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Customer Service Project Coordinator to our team in Jessup, MD, located at 8265 Patuxent Range Rd.
Suite A / B Jessup, MD 20794.
This role will give you work life balance with a hybrid model of 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week remote. The first 90 days we require you to be fully onsite.
Compensation of $26-32 / hr. (DOE) along with the ability to bonus up to $3,500 annually (performance based), plus profit sharing has paid out an additional $4,000 annually based on company performance.*

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
