WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• The role of the Consumer Finance Admin. Is to manage the day-to-day task of securing approvals for the potential customers of RBA and the Design Consultants.
• Possessing a high level of integrity and having the ability to protect the confidentiality and privacy of the customers and the company is a critical component of this role.
• The role requires managing the data using company provided tools along with the lender portals. Securing approvals that balance the customers’ ability to accept the offer within the company’s appetite and benchmarks for dealer fees is a critical measurable.
• Having the ability to analyze the customer’s credit profile and compare it to the appropriate lender using predetermined analytics will be a significant component to the candidate’s success. 
• Must have strong communication skills and have the mindset of "We" with ALL key stakeholders: sales, customers, and lenders.
• A flexible work schedule is critical as the role requires the person in the role to be available after normal business hours and Saturdays to support the sales department and our customers. These "after-hours" opportunities are somewhat inconsistent.
• Candidate must possess the following skill sets be proficient with Outlook, be comfortable around spreadsheets, be able to use and navigate lender portals, strong organization skills, have a high level of confidentiality and data security, a high attention to detail, possess a spirit to serve, and lastly, have a high sense of urgency.
