Our canvassers generate leads through traditional grassroots door-to-door outreach and event promotion. This is a job for outstanding communicators who are as good at listening as they are at talking.

As a Team Lead, your role is pivotal in driving the implementation of effective
strategies to help team members surpass minimum expectations. You will leverage
your understanding of each team member's strengths and skills to delegate tasks
appropriately. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in inspiring and motivating your
team, offering individualized coaching as necessary, and fostering a positive and
collaborative team environment. Working closely with management, you will
contribute to the smooth operation of the department by fulfilling essential duties and
responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

• Assigning territory to canvass
• Ensure all team members are following policy and procedures
• Set up weekly meetings with team
• Assist with inventory, event prep, training/onboarding
• Canvass alongside team while ensuring they are adhering to job expectations
• Go door to door to approach homeownersin the community and at events, and speaking with them about their windows and patio doors, promoting our products and services, and delivering interactive presentations
• Setappointments for our sales representatives to provide in-home demonstrations

What we are looking for:

• Professional, outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic
• Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while still being a part of a great team
• Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated
• Previous experience in sales, proximity marketing, and customer service
• Past management/team lead experience is required
