The Associate Event Manager will partner with the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Capital Region. BENEFITS: This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $46,209-$71,623 commission. The commission target goal is up to $15,000 Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent skills and abilities * 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strategic thinking skills, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail * Strong leadership skills In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
