Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking to expand our financial services team by adding a motivated AR/AP Specialist who is looking to get into a stable industry, join a great team environment, and have opportunities for training and advancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Accounts payables (Vendor set-up, enter payables, Process check/ACH payments, Positive Pay

- Assist Accounts receivable (Enter payments on customer accounts, deposits)

- Process phase billing of contracts for customers.

- Employee reimbursements

- Data entry, ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years experience in AR/AP or an accounting role (required)

- Experience using accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage

- Experience using Salesforce software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,

- Experience using ADP Workforce Now 

Compensation and Benefits:

- $22-24/hour

Schedule:

- Onsite in our Lawrenceville office

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
