SUMMARY
The Accountant I position is a member of the General Accounting team reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager. They will provide support in developing, interpreting, and implementing accounting and financial practices, procedures, and policies in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate policies. This role also involves the ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective relationships with cross-functional teams across the Enterprise.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
