The Service Technician I provides needed repairs to RbA products completing tasks in accordance with company values, and strategic direction from the Operations Manager. The role of the Service Technician I is to support and collaborate with the Operations department in continuous improvement regarding the timely completion of service projects. This position provides superior customer service on RbA products.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following:
To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a driver’s license and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RBA's insurance, and provide copies to the Human Resource department
