The Measure Scheduler will interface with customers and installers directly to schedule the window and door installation. By answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, maintaining the flow of correspondence between the installer and customer, we will achieve our goal of “Signature Service”.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

• Scheduling – This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project.
• Answers inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule installation appointments.
• Assists installation and production team with office tasks and customer service.
• Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.

• Considerable experience in high volume customer service atmosphere
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Time management skills
• Computer proficiency-Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Objectivity, professionalism and maturity
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
