No solar experience is necessary, but 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.

We offer the following compensation:

*1099- $80k-$120k annual earnings

*$30-40k base salary, plus commission.

*5-10 prequalified leads per week

*flexible training schedule

*paid vacation and holidays

*must live in Maryland or Washington DC

*paid MHIC licensing & preparation

*on-going sales training and support
