Renew Health and Wellness is focused on providing a blend of traditional and functional medicine services to patients. We personalize our treatment programs to specifically address patient needs. We specialize in weight management, men’s and women’s health, non narcotic pain management , hair restoration and anti-aging.

We are seeking a self motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

You will practice in a clinic setting however some established patients may require telehealth consultations. Typically working 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:30 to 1:30. No on call hours during the weekend. Salary is based on experience.

Duties:

Conducting consultations for new patients

Conducting patient assessments and recommending treatment programs based on patient need and test results (where applicable)

Prescribing medications, supplements or other therapeutic solutions

Administering injections: intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous

Monitor patient progress, evaluate progress and adjust program based on patient results

Provide patient education, follow-ups and responses to treatment program

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, to include patient encounters, treatment plans and progress

Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

Other Requirements:

No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
