ReNew is seeking a Lead Technician. Looking for a candidate with experience (running a truck mounted carpet cleaning system, who can lead a carpet cleaning team. Looking for the ideal candidate who has an Entrepreneur mindset, and can eventually take over as the owner!

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• As team leader, the candidate would be responsible for running the truck, supervising the cleaning technician assistant, and maintain the quality of work.
• High attention to detail is a MUST
• Provide the highest quality carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning following our high standard of care
• Candidate must be able to take ownership of a job, as well as accept and adapt to the proven ReNew methods of service.
• Responsible for cleaning and care of equipment, vehicles
• Moving of some customer furniture (with proper equipment), and prep for cleaning
• Learning, and continued education for stain removal
• Use of different types of equipment including state of the art truck mounts, portables, floor machines as well as preventative maintenance of these machines
• Proper mixing of cleaning chemicals
• Flexible to different hours of work according to customer demand
• Attendance and punctuality key

Qualifications:

• Experience in the floor cleaning industry, cleaning carpet residential and or commercial (truck mount system preferred).
• No College degree required.
• Valid Drivers License (with good record)
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Ability to pass Drug Screening
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to lift 50 to 80 lbs
• Work as a team to accomplish tasks
• Exceptional Customer Service!
• Very conscientious of the care of customers property
• Professional, polite attitude
