ABOUT US

We are a small, boutique dental lab that focuses on fabricating surgical guides and full arch implant-supported teeth for dental offices throughout the country. We are owned by two local dental specialists who have their dental practice under the same roof. This practice is our lab's largest client and these two doctors work in the lab as well.

Our small team consists of hard working, artistic, and motivated individuals. We are known as a high-end dental lab that puts out some of the best quality prosthetics and surgical guides. We don't advertise, but continue to see growth, a testament to what we are doing for our clients.

We are fun, easy-going people who enjoy our chance to build little pieces of art that go into patients' mouths and change their lives. We often have our clients (dentists) sharing photos with us of their patients with the teeth we have made. This is the most fulfilling part of the whole thing.

With the growth we have been seeing, we are swamped. We need help!! Our lab manager’s role in controlling the flow of cases through the lab has grown quickly and we need someone to work alongside her to help manage some of the daily tasks that keep the lab running efficiently.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Our lab manager will train you in your roles/responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting our Lab Manager - Your most important role is to work closely with our lab manager whose goal is to manage the 50-70 cases circulating our lab at a given time and distribute the workload to you and our amazing technicians. Since you will not be trained to do lab work, you will be on the front end of things.
• Assisting in checking in new cases - Cases are submitted to us both digitally and physically. You would help with the unboxing process, identify what we were given and get the case ready to be checked in by our lab manager and doctors.
• Scanning important documents and making sure they get to the correct folder.
• Stocking - There are several areas of our lab that need to be maintained with supplies. The most important is the shipping station where you will help make sure we have everything we need on hand from bubble wrap to our awesome personalized stickers!
• Taking Photos - One of the biggest ways we’ve grown so far is through our presence on social media. As we get busier, though, it has become difficult to keep up with making content. We would like someone with a creative eye to take pictures daily for us to upload to our social media platforms.
• Romancing our Clients - We love to show our clients how much they mean to us from time to time! We would like you to coordinate with our client’s staff to send them lunch, edible arrangements, etc. to say thank you for their continued support.

• Creative - We need someone who can add a creative touch to taking photos of our products!
• Team player - We are all easy-going people who like to talk and laugh, and would prefer someone who fits this dynamic. We aren’t looking for overly shy or overly strong personalities, but someone who is somewhere in the middle and enjoys being a part of a team effort.
