• When immediate seating is limited,record guest names and number of people in party, mention featured menu items. Provideguests with estimated waiting time. Call out name and number of party whentables become available.*
• Upon seating, offer guests a menuand inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentationand completeness.*
• Answer telephone within reasonableamount of rings and transfer calls accordingly.*
• Take room service orders and enterinto computer system, upsell whenever possible.*
• Have knowledge of menu items,preparation, and ingredients.*
• Make all dessertsaccording to the food description.*
• Take all to goorders.*
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible. 
• Seat guest guests based on guestpreferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
• Relay messages to servers andbuspersons as needed.
• Rotate product for dessert case.
• Ensure quality when stocking piecase and whip cream machine.
• Cash in money.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave andinvite them to return.
• Have all to goorders boxed, bagged and ready for pick-up.
• Keep dessertstation clean and organized.
• Complete all sidework for host, to go and dessert.
• Greet and help allguest that enter into the restaurant.

• No previous restaurant experiencerequired.
• Be able to working in a standingposition for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to communicate clearly andeffectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have exceptional groominghabits.
• Must be courteous,polite and friendly to all guests.
• Must be able toget along with co-workers.
