Job Description

Own and drive Incubation/Innovation projects across PWR BUs and Operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leadership/sponsorship of Incubation projects
• Organize core teams across BUs to define and develop Incubation projects
• Ensure projects have a clear scope, KPIs and execution plans. Execute to plan.
• Develop Incubation strategies across PWR

Qualifications

• BSEE minimum, MSEE preferred 
• Minimum 15 years of analog/PWR product development
• Experience with product qualification and production test solutions. 

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $209K - $313K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
