Position Overview: As a Detailer, your expertise will be vital in maintaining the pristine appearance of our fleet and ensuring our vehicles exude a sense of luxury and refinement. Your passion for excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our company's vehicle appearance goals. We want applicants that can grow and excel with a growing business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the vehicle detailing industry, with a strong understanding of automotive cleaning products, tools, and techniques is desirable, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for automotive aesthetics and an understanding of luxury service standards.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Duties include:

• Meticulous cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles to make an outstanding first impression and a luxurious passenger experience.
• Preparing vehicles with glassware and supplies before each trip.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Skills:

• Be able to diligently work as a team to accomplish goals.
• Have a knack for spotting imperfections.
• Enjoy making things clean.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Must have physical ability to climb steps, lift up to 50 lbs., and do strenuous work with arms and hands.
• Leadership skills preferred.

Other Duties:

• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
• Maneuver vehicles in and around shop area.
• General cleaning and organizational duties around the office and shop.
