We are seeking a dynamic and creative Promotional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

We have some of the most well respected and recognizable brands in Southwest Florida: Gator Country 101.9, 102.9 BOBfm, Mix 104.7 and Naples’ FM Talk 98.9 WGUF. We’re looking for someone with a HIGH level of experience to market these brands and keep us on top of the radio ratings.

Duties:

- Strategically market RMC-SWF’s four radio stations to listeners in the SWF area.
Work with station Program Directors to create attractive on-air, on-line, and live engagements that drive ratings and listenership, including creating in-person EVENTS, CONCERTS, GIVEAWAYS, etc.

Place television advertising schedules.

- Strategically market RMC-SWF’s clients to RMC-SWF’s listeners.
Work with RMC-SWF sales departments and RMC-SWF clients to create attractive on-air, on-line, and live engagements that drive traffic to clients’ businesses.

Other responsibilities
Manage/Lead a staff. (Full-time assistant, part time employees and interns)
Attend and contribute to Department Head meetings.

Requirements:

Expert in all MS Office applications.
BA or BS preferred.
