Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
