Our luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Cincinnati is in need Concierge Lounge attendant /food runner for AM time working shift along with sometimes evenings/weekends.

Qualifications:
- Previous Hotel Club Lounge attendant experience is preferred 2 years minimum.
- This position is for Hotel Food & Beverage Club Lounge (Concierge attendant).
- All applicants must be available to work weekends.
- The candidate must be available to work the weekend AM.

The server's responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent time. You should be a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails.
To succeed as a Server, you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient. The server should also be passionate about the food and drinks they serve and create a fun, enjoyable experience for every customer.

- Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.
- Experience preferred fine-dining experience a plus.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
- A friendly, attentive attitude.
- Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
- A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
