Renaissance Frontier LLC is Hiring a Client Coordinator Near Newark, NJ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments and meetings
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage client files and ensure accurate documentation
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office clerk is desirable
