Renaissance seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee our client journey, assist with program
logistics, ensure accurate data collection, and conduct marketing and outreach throughout
Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, with a special focus on East Contra Costa County. This
position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and process-oriented environment, works well with a diverse group of people, is highly organized and effective, and is passionate about entrepreneurship and economic development.

Key Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications :

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with at least three years of project administration experience
• Passion for entrepreneurship with some knowledge of business ownership, training, and/or business development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to convey information to diverse audiences in a constructive, clear way
• Ability to attend off-site trainings, visit client business sites, and staff community outreach events on occasional evening and weekends
• Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office and ability to work with data and databases
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.00 - $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
