Responsibilities:

• Set up projects in Sage300 and GC Pay per Client and Subcontractor contracts
• Communicate and coordinate with projects teams to ensure proper project accounting
• Process and track all project accounting in Sage and GC Pay
• Assist team in ensuring project close out documentation is completed
• Create owner billing for approval by PM
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and documented (insurance certificates, lien waivers, other)
• Disburse subcontractor payments (ACH or check payments) and ensure required documentation is obtained
• Attend project pre-construction meetings, coordinate meetings and facilitate meetings relative to your projects
• Issue and collect all required subcontractor documents
• Create subcontracts, IBRs, and change orders
