REN Seafoods is looking for a Box Maker to join our Warehouse team.

PAY STARTS AT $12 / HR. Employee is eligible for an increase to $13 / hr. after after 45 days, if manager determines they have successfully completed the probationary period.

Employee is eligible for an additional pay increase to $14 / hr. after another 45 days if they continue to be successful in role.

Probationary period may be extended at the manager's discretion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a cold (sometimes wet) environment.

This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders. Responsibilities : Ensure labels are properly affixed to the outside of the product container Ensure all labels are properly secure to product containers Maintain an adequate supply of unfolded corrugated boxes for the day’s production Stack folded boxes on a pallet for delivery to the production line Consistently maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Adhere to processing, sanitation, and food safety protocols. Demonstrate quality and safety awareness at all times. Follow GMP standards as directed.

Follow Food Safety System requirements at the direction of the QA tech in the area. Other duties as assigned Requirements : Ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Basic Math Skills Basic Computer Skills Be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day in cold and wet environment Weekend and overtime work as needed Education and Experience : High School diploma Working Conditions & Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to : Exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body Work in a cold and wet food processing and manufacturing environment.

Stand for extended periods of time. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the shift. The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
