RemX is Hiring a Remote Medical Records Clerk | $16.5+ hourly | Remote
RemX is looking for those experienced with Medical Charts and EMR systems for our client. This position will be 100% WFH but you will need to live in the NYC area.
- Title: Medical Records Clerk
- Employment Type: Contract
- Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 an hour
- Schedule: M - F | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET
- Location: Remote
- Meet required metrics: CPH - Charts Per Hour
- Preferred understanding of HIPAA requirements for releasing medical records and medical record requests
- Working in multiple systems using multiple screens in a high volume environment,
- 1 year of experience handling medical records/charts
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior experience working with an EMR system
