ROLE PURPOSE
The Manager Assistant is a brand ambassador who reinforces the company goals, values, and mission statement while ensuring Cinépolis USA standards of luxury service. The Supervisor is responsible to assist and provide excellent guest experience to our guests by overseeing the quality and consistency of our service, food, and beverage. Act as a representative of Cinepolis USA in a way that is consistent with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide new hire operational training and re-training of employees • Conducts daily pre-shift Take One meeting and delivers team sales goals and current promotions • Communicates regularly with the management team and Human Resources regarding employee concerns and complaints • Supervises the In-Seat Dining process and guest experience • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures • Cognizant of issues with movie projections- communicating with the general manager • Assist with projections tasks as needed • Practice proactive management for guests and employees to drive guest satisfaction • If and as needed will serve fresh, appetizing and properly prepared food and beverages • Maintain clean and safe facilities • Attend and participate in meetings and training • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred • Full-service background and restaurant knowledge required • Exceptional guest service orientation • Equally comfortable communicating and working with guests, peers, subordinates, vendors or partners • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and traversing stairs on a frequent basis • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Basic math skills • Must act with integrity and lead by example
