We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions related to our property management operations. Your primary duties will include reconciliations, managing payroll, overseeing B&O taxes and quarterly taxes, processing management fees, bill backs, owner draws, conducting financial diagnostics, and handling weekly payables. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of property accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Process Weekly Payables: Process and manage weekly payables, including vendor invoices and other financial obligations.
• Payroll: Manage payroll processes for property management staff, ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• B&O Taxes: Oversee Business and Occupation (B&O) tax filings, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
• Quarterly Taxes: Prepare and file quarterly tax returns, including but not limited to property taxes and other relevant taxes.
• Management Fees: Calculate and process management fees in accordance with property management agreements.
• Bill Backs: Manage bill back processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to tenants for reimbursable expenses.
• Owner Draws: Process owner draw requests and maintain accurate records of owner distributions.
• Financial Diagnostics: Conduct financial analysis and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the financial health of managed properties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, AppFolio and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
