Description
RemX Staffing is seeking Onsite Call Center Agents to start ASAP for a client located in Costa Mesa CA
- Employment Type : Contract, potential to go perm
- Salary : $22 / hr
- Schedule : Various shifts between 7 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM with a 5 day work week (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
- Training : Training is 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide resolution for customers.
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries / issues.
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
