• Locations: Miramar, FL or Plantation, FL
• Pay: $29 an hour
• Start date: 3/27/2024 (No time can be missed because it is a 1 week short term project)
• Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm
• Title: Temp Customer Service Representative (1-week temp project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
