We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED/PROFESSIONAL Healthcare Admins to come join our team ONSITE in Phoenix, AZ

Position: Healthcare Admin

Schedule Availability: Monday – Friday

Start time: flexible between 7:00am – 3:30pm, 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:40pm

Pay Rate: $19HR

Work Model:Onsite

Location: Must live near or in Phoenix, AZ

Healthcare Admin Description:

The Healthcare Admin is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.

Associate must always safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Will make outbound calls/receive inbound calls to process requests as needed.
• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
• Responsible for managing patient health records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of recent admin or strong call center experience
• Medical experience preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented, Phone experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring high volume of repetitive tasks; ability to maintain keen attention to detail throughout entire shift.
• Basic computer skills including ability to navigate in MS Windows environment.
