Job Description

What you will be doing

• Train and supervise all new Guest Service Aides.
• Prepare weekly schedule for Guest Service Aides and maintain documentation (time cards, reviews, etc.).
• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage.

Open entrance door for and warmly greet / welcome all guests.

• Ensure the front lobby; front interior and exterior entrances are clean and inviting.
• May provide directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.

This all-suite hotel is only 25 miles west of Washington, and within close proximity to several popular tourist sites and global businesses.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Requires a valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license if required) and safely drive guest vehicles and / or shuttle van.
• High work ethic and self-initiative
• Ability to work in high pressure situations
• Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
