Remedy Staffing is hiring an Export / Shipping Clerk in Nicholasville KY!

Pay : $20-$25 per hour

Schedule : 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Job Duties include :

• Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer purchase orders and initiation of corresponding customer orders
• Billing and invoicing of sales orders, credits and rebates
• Prepare quotations, maintain customer and product pricing
• Prepare necessary export documents
• Initiate required action for responding to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order / customer information files and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel / departments
• Ensure and provide quality service to customers through on-time, clear communication, NCR closure follow-up, order follow-ups and dispatch confirmations.
• Interact with multiple departments to ensure all requirements for inventory, quality, and regulatory concerns are met
• Maintain sales records and prepare periodic reports
