Hot Job Alert! Are you a Flux Core Welder looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting direct-hire position in Edgar, WI.

This opportunity offers a competitive pay range of $17-$20 / hr and a convenient 2nd shift schedule (3 : 30 PM 2 : 00 AM, Monday-Thursday).

Job Duties and Requirements :

• Read and understand blueprints to lay out welding projects
• Maintain welding safety guidelines and regulations
• Cut and smooth metal components using welding equipment
• Evaluate completed welding projects for flaws and defects
• Must be able to follow all safety policies

Qualifications :

• Must have Flux Core Welding experience
• Must be able to pass a weld test
• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours
• Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Note : Training will be provided on the first shift for the initial week before moving to the second shift.
