You are looking to work in a bright and clean setting, serving the healthiest food and beverages available in Hood River. Our recipes include innovative ingredients and are designed to promote healthy living for our customers. Our cafe' has an established, discerning and appreciative customer base and has been operating for 10 years in downtown Hood River.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work to continue excellent customer service, manage inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities -

- Work as a valued team member and assist in managing day-to-day operations

- Supervise and train staff members

- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

- Set and adjust the weekly schedule

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in cafe' management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead a team effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
