Site Superintendent – Remediation Services Inc

Remediation Services, Inc. (RSI) based in Independence, KS, is a premier nationwide contractor supplying innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental remediation challenges.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Services Site Superintendent to join our team. As a Site Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating environmental projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and in compliance with environmental regulations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong management skills, technical expertise, and a passion for environmental sustainability. A valid driver’s license is required. We are a nationwide contractor so travel will be required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, initiate, and manage environmental, remediation, and waste management projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Oversee field activities, sampling, and monitoring to assess environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, permits, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review technical reports, permit applications, and environmental impact statements.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
