What you will do :

You'll help manage inventory turns and ensure that all items are appropriately stocked.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in maintaining targeted par levels for various pharmacy items, including bulk oral solids, injectable medications, liquids, creams, and more.
  • Place daily orders with vendors to ensure product availability.
  • Conduct audit counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Identify local alternative sources for products when items are backordered.
  • Receive daily orders from wholesalers or suppliers and stock accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor on brand-to-generic conversions.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

What you will bring :

  • High School graduate or equivalent; certification desired.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a long-term care pharmacy or as a pharmacy technician in a retail environment.
  • Experience with alpha-numeric data entry preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service-focused mindset.
