Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining department tracking sheets, ordering supplies, scheduling training classes, updating forms, maintaining training files, and more
• Possibility for job site visits to address and resolve any safety concerns
• Must be willing to travel to other branch locations as needed
• Point of contact for after hours emergencies
• Attend safety meetings, zone/service/department meetings and/or board meetings to assist with delivery of training and present upcoming safety initiatives
• Other related project work and/or duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years office administrative experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of safety standards is a plus
• Excellent data entry skills required
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Must have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to operational changes.
• Must have high level of organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Driver's license required
